We are looking for an ambitious Build Foreman to join our team! As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to participate and manage the construction of inground vinyl and fiberglass swimming pools.

This job requires solid experience in swimming pool construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

• Allocate and delegate team member’s daily responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team member’s attendance and quality of work

• Supervise, train and give feedback to team members

• Adhere to relevant safety regulations

• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate for the project

• Monitor expenditures and ensure resources aren’t being wastefully used

• Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues

• Report on progress and issues to managers

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in swimming pool construction

• Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment

• Experience and knowledge of construction management

• Familiarity with dig specs and plot plans

• Positive personality with pride in their work

• Good time-management skills

• Ability to multitask

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Critical-thinker and problem-solver

• Ability to adapt to change

• Good math skills

• Good physical condition and stamina

• High school diploma

• Valid driver’s license

• Mix and apply concrete material

• Offload and transport construction materials

• Carefully install pool liners

• Adhere to safety laws and regulations

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in swimming pool construction (recommended, not required)

• Hands-on experience with construction equipment

• Ability to operate skid loaders/excavators (recommended, not required)

• Knowledge of construction operations and procedures

• Team player with a positive personality and pride in their work

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination

• Good physical condition and stamina

• Punctual and reliable worker

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

• Assist team members in the cleaning of inground swimming pools

• Diagnose and make minor repairs on pool equipment

• Test chemistry and apply pool chemicals

• Maintain a clean jobsite and vehicle

• Offload and transport pool chemicals

• Email clients job reports

• Adhere to safety laws and regulations
